During my trip to India in 1994 I visited the following four spiritual teachers whose full names and names by which they are known are as follows:
- Swamiji – Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji
- Sai Baba – Sathya Narayana Raju
- Amma – Mata Amritananadamayi
- Papaji – H.W.L. Poonja
In the book you can read about my meeting with each of these gurus who have all made a deep impression on me. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to spend time with each of them and that I was able to experience their presence.
After my return to Denmark I got to know about another spiritual Master who recommended a meditation practice which I chose to follow back then and still use today. His name was:
- Chariji – Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari
Chariji left the physical world in December 2014. Chariji’s sucessor is the spiritual Master:
- Daaji – Kamlesh D. Patel

Heartfulness
Heartfulness is widespread throughout all the continents of the world and easily accessible for everyone.
